How Often Should I Attend Counselling is important that you are able to commit to weekly counselling sessions to allow for me to support you fully on your counselling journey allowing for us both to have a sense of continuity and progression. The counselling sessions will take place at the same time every week. Therefore it is important you ensure you are ready to make that commitment in order to get the most out of your counselling.
